Involvement of Consumer Courts to defend the Rights of Internet Shoppers on Internet Purchasing

Abstract
E-commerce is spreading the world today, and online purchasing is growing exponentially in our country. Time saved and the reality that user can complete his purchase with a single mouse click seems to be the biggest advantage of e-commerce. Specific knowledge is more comprehensive and comparisons of prices and goods are also possible, so consumers can make educated choices. This analysis was utilized to study the influence of consumer courts set up under the Consumer Protection Act (2014) and to evaluate that how the legal system can defend internet shoppers' rights. Consequently, this analysis was conducted through a survey in which a detailed interview on the subject of the study was conducted along with a structured questionnaire for discussion given to various participants, namely Honorable Judges, and Lawyers. The study's findings suggest that the Consumer Courts are operating properly and realizing justice to the public as required by law. Similarly, in necessary to defend them, online shoppers may need some more focus and understanding about internet purchases and their consumer rights. This brings the inquiry into the view if internet shopping consumers are successfully covered under the Laws. This paper, therefore, points out that this latest tool fetches creative risks that need to be discussed and factored into the equation in domestic legislation.
