Abstract
Entrepreneurs, companies, and businesses seeking digital marketing, knowing and keeping a close eye on ethics are increasingly necessary when engaging with related digital networks. Digital marketing is the method of utilizing a broad lot of digital networks to promote a product, service. This involves blogs, forums, social media marketing (SMM), smartphone apps, and emails. This primarily defends against conventional ads in the shortest possible period by means of greater interaction with the target audience. Growing company accounts for customers, vendors, lenders, investors, and employees. Recognizing therefore in any technique the importance of inculcating ethical values, be it marketing or financial or individual. Nearly all the theoretical marketing ethics initiatives are normative and not constructive. In other words, theoretical research focused solely on the creation of guidelines or laws to support marketers in their ethical conduct efforts.
